At Melissa Janneh Handmade, each piece is lovingly handmade with care, intention, and high-quality materials. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected.

Returns & Exchange policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and return the item within 7 days in its original condition.

To start a return, email us at info@melissajhandmade.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Once we receive the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 7-15

  business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of handmade goods, we cannot accept returns or exchange for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Earrings

• Items on sales/clearance

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your item may already be in progress, especially for made-to-order or personalised items.
