Are all your items handmade?

Yes! Every item at Melissa Janneh is lovingly handmade in small batches in our London studio. From beaded jewellery to knitted accessories and soft toys, each piece is crafted with care using natural or sustainable materials.

How long will take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 7-15 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location:

• UK: 1-3 business days after dispatch

• International: 5-10 business days (may vary due to customs)

During busy seasons (like Christmas), please allow extra time for both production and delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worlwide via Royal mail. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes, tracked shipping is available at checkout and recommended for international orders. You'll receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Absolutely. We use minimal, recyclable, and eco-conscious packaging to reduce waste. All items are securely and beautifully packaged - perfect for gifting.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes - most items can be returned or exchanged within 3 working days of delivery. Please see Return & Exchanges Policy for full details.

Note: Custom orders, earrings, and sale items are non-refundable.

Do you accept custom or personalised orders?

Yes! If you have a custom request for colour, sizing, or a personalised gift, please get in touch via our Contact page. We'd love to bring your idea to life.

Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your item may already be in progress or completed, especially for custom or handmade products.
